What can I expect when speaking to a LifeACT coach?
Sometimes the most difficult thing in the world to do is pick up the phone and speak to a stranger. In a world of telemarketing, fine print and hidden agendas, it makes it difficult simply to ask questions and gather information on a company or coach.
Our initial consultation is intended to give an accurate portrayal of the coaching relationship. There is no attachment to outcome, only addressing the issues you wish to explore. At the end of the conversation we’ll ask “Are you interested in signing up for a LifeACT program?” If the answer is “no”, we end the call as friends – no questions asked.

Our mission is to teach the skills and habits necessarily for the client to be able to coach himself.
We come to the coaching relationship assuming the client is already perfect and complete.
We listen deeply – finding the observations, questions and requests that will best serve the client, not a business agenda.
We stand for you, not your goals.

Based on personal needs, we support the building and growing of our client’s positive self-image. If need be, we tackle the “tough stuff” – concerns about relationships, creativity, spirituality, core beliefs, leadership, and focus.
